Our customers commonly ask us about the necessity of annual servicing, what differentiates us from other companies, and why we don't charge extra for emergency call-outs.
the answer to the 3 questions are as follow
1) regular maintenance prevents costly repairs that could have been fixed easily
2) we do not sugar coat any issue that needs to be corrected for their safety and peace of mind
3) we do not charge more because if the issue is for a part that has to wait till the next day to obtain it just makes the customer unhappy so we never want to charge more for that reason

I pass the savings i get and find to my customers to make them see i am offering a better choice by having me service and install new products and i am constantly taking classes to keep my skills on the cutting edge in the industry and i only do residential services so my focus is always on how to best help a home owner maintaine the bwest comfort level they can have for a fair price and not break the budget.
